Because the water is vacuumed back out, sofas are usually ready to use in about 5 hours. Thick cushions and cold, humid weather can make this longer. The cleaning solution is extracted too, so no lasting detergent smell remains. A damp smell mostly appears when a sofa is covered before it dries or the room is not aired, so we recommend ventilating the room and leaving the sofa uncovered for the first few hours.
No, the team brings its machine and supplies. They only need a power socket and tap water in your home. Removing throws, cushions and other items from the sofas beforehand and leaving some working space around them speeds things up.
The machine sprays water into the fabric and vacuums it back out at the same moment; no water is poured onto the sofa. So water running onto the floor is not expected. If your sofa stands on parquet, laminate or a rug, tell us when booking and the team will protect the area around it while working.

Before starting, we check the fabric and choose the method to match. Standard fabrics are steam cleaned; delicate fabrics such as velvet and linen are cleaned at low pressure; leather and faux leather are treated with a leather care solution instead of steam. If we see a risk of shrinking or colour bleeding, we tell you before we start and decide together how to proceed.
Most tea, coffee, food, juice and pet stains come out; our stain removal success rate is above 95%. Very old stains, stains that were scrubbed with the wrong product, or stains that have dyed the fabric may not come out completely. If we see one, we tell you before we start. Send a photo of the stain on WhatsApp and we can give you an idea in advance.
Cleaning a sofa set takes 1-2 hours. It is enough for one adult to be at home during the work; you don't need to stand by.
Upholstery cleaning is done mainly with steam, and the cleaning solution we apply is pulled back out with strong vacuum extraction. If you have a baby, a pregnant family member, someone with allergies or a pet at home, tell us when booking; we recommend keeping them off the furniture until it is fully dry (about 5 hours). Steam cleaning also helps reduce dust mites and allergens.
We give you the price in writing on WhatsApp before the appointment, based on the photo you send; a standard sofa set starts from 2,300 TL. There is no service or travel fee. The price only changes if you ask for an extra piece that was not in the photo, and we discuss that before starting.
Payment is in cash, at your home, after the cleaning is finished. We don't ask for an advance payment or deposit.
